Event Synopsis
"Surrender Night Club" in Las Vegas was transformed on Wednesday Jan. 7, into an immersive "Star Wars" event. Hosted by Las Vegas HP, Intel, during "CES Week", products and partnership with the epic franchise Disney were highlighted through heavy promotional activity. Retail and channel partners with VIP customers would be in attendance of the event and be headlined by DJ Kaskade. PUSH was approached by longstanding Client Infinity to provide brand ambassadors for attendee interaction at this lively "who"s who" event. The event would be extremely high profile being hosted just a few weeks after the much anticipated release of this latest top box office hit within the Star Wars series.
Action Taken
400 Brand Ambassadors were staffed by PUSH for the CES Show. They were given RFID wristbands that changed color to match their experience when walking within the venue-Dark side to Light Side. The Talent also helped with an interactive digital graffiti wall using HP and Intel Products, where event attendees could create digital masterpieces to be later displayed on the main stage prior to DJ Kaskade"s performance. Attendees were able to peruse Disney"s globally renowned "Art Wars" gallery collection. This included Storm Trooper helmets embellished with materials varying from Swarovski crystals to swamp mud and sticks.
Results of Event
The Infinity event was highly memorable and received numerous accolades with favorable media coverage. As Event Marketer magazine quoted from Alyson Griffin, VP of Marketing Americas Personal Systems at HP, "We want experiences that people can do and take and feel and share"We wanted people to have fun and engage with our products, be creative, which is what the Awaken Your Force campaign was all about. We were able to do this in an engaging way that felt authentic." PUSH was extremely proud to be a part of this monumental "Star Wars" themed event by Infinity, and to have provided best in class service for this Client accordingly.
