Yerbae sought to reintroduce yerba mate to the market by showcasing its unique benefits"naturally occurring caffeine and clean ingredients like white tea and guarana seed extract. Their goal was to drive sales and awareness through large-scale, in-store Costco product samplings nationwide.

Execution

Together we designed and deployed a comprehensive product sampling strategy in Costco locations across the U.S., targeting diverse markets in key areas.
Produced two one of a kind training videos for brand ambassadors and new reps - covering setup, product education, and customer engagement strategies.
Conducted staff testing through video training and implemented detailed scheduling to ensure only the most qualified reps activated demos.

Results

Hosted over 200 events with demo reps working four days a week, generating an average of 125 Yerbae cases sold per day.
Delivered customized event recaps, including sales data, customer demographics, and on-site images, uploaded immediately after each activation.
Resulted in a weekly uplift of 500+ cases sold, showcasing the effectiveness of PUSH"s product sampling expertise
